Recruitment Counselors, or Gamma Chi’s, are undergraduate members from each sorority that disaffiliate from their chapter to assist potential new members with recruitment. These women have been trained on the rules of recruitment and have gone through recruitment themselves. They serve as unbiased aids for potential new members throughout the recruitment process.
The Panhellenic Delegates are representatives from each chapter. Members are elected by the chapter based on leadership and display of a Panhellenic spirit.
Junior Panhellenic is a leadership program for members of the freshman pledge classes. It focuses on community service and philanthropic initiatives.
The Judicial Board is responsible for upholding the constitution, by-laws, and recruitment rules of the University of Mississippi’s Panhellenic Association. The Judicial Board handles any infractions associated with recruitment during the week, and they are available to help the Gamma Chi’s if needed. Members of the Judicial Board keep track of timing during the recruitment parties and assist potential new members with any problems they may encounter during the recruitment process.
